Freshman Semester in London

Students who are on waitlists for spring admission may wish instead to undertake a freshman study abroad option rather than defer the start of their university acceptance at home. London is a safe and dynamic option for such students and ż, being a US university, is a great place to do this.

Program information

ż, The American International University in London, established in 1972, is a private non-profit, American liberal arts and business studies university located in South West, London.

As a major political, financial and cultural center London is one of the globe’s most exciting and cosmopolitan cities and is repeatedly awarded the best student city in the world.

The university has some 1200 students, representing over 100 nationalities, with an average student-to-faculty ratio of sixteen to one. 30% of its students come from the US, 30% from the UK and the rest from across the world. The university’s degrees are accredited in the United States by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education and are validated in the UK by the Open University Validation Services (OUVS).
